2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to pr999 and participation in any gaming or betting activity on the platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing pr999 voluntarily and for personal, recreational purposes.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when placing bets or engaging in gaming activity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and you have verified that your use of pr999 complies with all laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or close associate of pr999 or any of its affiliated entities.

pr999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a user is found to be underage, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits held may be returned at pr999's discretion after deducting applicable administrative costs. pr999 takes its age verification obligations seriously and cooperates with any applicable regulatory requirements in this regard.

3. Account Registration

To access pr999's full range of services, users must register a personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on pr999. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pr999 immediately at [email protected].

pr999 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory requirements. Acceptable identification documents for Pakistani users include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a current passport. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on pr999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. The availability of individual payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed within the pr999 Cashier at the time of transaction. pr999 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are your responsibility as the user.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. pr999 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if pr999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

pr999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Any funds identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pr999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, or other promotional incentives to registered users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet restrictions, and time limits. These specific promotional terms take precedence over general Terms & Conditions where a conflict exists.

Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. pr999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in matched betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All casino games, live dealer games, and slot titles available on pr999 operate under individual game rules provided by the respective software providers. It is the user's responsibility to review and understand game rules before placing bets. In the event of any technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned at pr999's discretion.

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent play designed to gain an unfair advantage.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or commercially exploit any content or software on pr999.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pr999 staff or other platform users.
• Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or at any other point of interaction with pr999.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balances held, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on pr999.vip — including but not limited to logos, design elements, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pr999 or its licensed third-party providers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Reproduction, distribution, republication, or commercial use of any pr999 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

pr999 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pr999 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

pr999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical errors; account access disruptions; third-party payment processing delays; or decisions made based on information presented on the platform.

pr999's total liability to any user for any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the user via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Balances on accounts closed for Terms & Conditions violations may be forfeited.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting pr999 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure does not affect any pending bets which will be settled in accordance with applicable game rules.

12. Amendments to Terms

pr999 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on record or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of pr999 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pr999 is registered. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
